# AlpenRoute AI

> Pre-launch B2B inference routing project. French interface. Prices are proposed,
> not currently purchasable. No operational API, customer authentication or payments.

## Architecture
All inference requests are intended to pass through an AlpenRoute gateway hosted
on infrastructure in Switzerland. The gateway is not deployed yet.
Compute modes: hybrid (qualified destinations) or swiss (Swiss-only processing).
TEE is an independent additional requirement, never a geographic exemption.
The standard user journey uses automatic hybrid routing; users choose a model,
not a provider or geography. Swiss-only and mandatory-enclave setups require
prior qualification through the custom configuration contact flow.

## Boundaries
The api.alpenroute.ch endpoint is proposed and unverified. Do not send requests,
secrets, real prompts or payment details based on these examples. A TEE is not
Swiss residency; pseudonymization and technical logs are not nLPD certification.
